1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Travelin website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Booking and Payment

2.1 Booking Process

When you make a booking through our website, you are making an offer to purchase travel services. Your booking is confirmed only when we send you a confirmation email with your booking reference number.

2.2 Payment Terms

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated
  • For bookings over $1000, a 30% deposit may be accepted with the balance due 30 days before departure
  • All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated
  • Prices are subject to change until payment is received in full

2.3 Payment Methods

We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, and bank transfers. All payments are processed securely through encrypted payment gateways.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Refunds will be processed according to the following schedule:

  • 30+ days before departure: Full refund minus 10% administrative fee
  • 15-29 days before departure: 50% refund
  • 7-14 days before departure: 25% refund
  • days before departure < 7: No refund

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days of cancellation approval.

4. Changes and Modifications

4.1 Changes by You

Changes to your booking can be made up to 7 days before the tour start date, subject to availability and payment of any applicable fees. Modification requests must be submitted in writing.

4.2 Changes by Us

We reserve the right to modify tour itineraries, accommodations, or services due to circumstances beyond our control (weather, natural disasters, political unrest, etc.). In such cases, we will provide alternative arrangements of similar standard or offer a full refund.

5. Travel Documents and Requirements

It is your responsibility to ensure you have:

  • A valid passport with at least 6 months validity from the date of return
  • All required visas and travel documents for your destination
  • Any necessary vaccination certificates
  • Travel insurance (strongly recommended)

We are not responsible for any costs or losses incurred due to missing or invalid travel documents.

6. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that you purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering medical expenses, trip cancellation, lost luggage, and emergency evacuation. Travel insurance is not included in our tour prices unless specifically stated.

7. Limitation of Liability

Travelin acts as an intermediary between you and various travel service providers. We are not liable for:

  • Loss or damage to personal belongings
  • Injury, illness, or death during travel
  • Delays, cancellations, or changes by third-party service providers
  • Acts of God, natural disasters, or circumstances beyond our control
  • Any costs or expenses not included in the tour price

8. Code of Conduct

All travelers are expected to:

  • Respect local customs, laws, and regulations
  • Follow instructions from tour guides and staff
  • Behave in a manner that does not disturb other travelers
  • Not engage in illegal activities

We reserve the right to remove any traveler from a tour who violates these standards, without refund.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Travelin or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through good faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the jurisdiction where Travelin is based.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Travelin operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
